First off, we're sorry you are having problems signing up! By law we can only accept signups from people who are 13 years of age or older...what probably happened is that you didn't fill in the birthday field the first time you hit "submit" and this caused the site to think that you were under 13 and it locked you out. There is a 72 hour waiting period until you will be allowed to try again. Remember to put your actual birthday in the field and you should be able to sign up once the 72 hours is over. If you continue to have problems please use the "Report an Issue" link at the bottom of the page and we will help you.
You will see a link under the login box called "Request New Password" or you can request a new password by clicking here. Follow the instructions and you will be sent your new password.
You can sign up here. Take a moment and fill out your information to become a registered user of the site. You can also sign up for email alerts and text message alerts at the same time. Once you have filled out the form, hit submit, and you will be sent an email to "confirm" your account. Follow the instructions in this email and you're good to go!
