Remedy Drive is returning with new music on March 30 with the release of Daylight is Coming: Expanded Edition. Featuring three never before heard songs (“Speak to Me”, “Rescue”, and “Guide You Home”), the expanded edition of the band’s debut release will hit all retail and online outlets. More Thoughts On Hope

It seems to me that hope is about movement. In the same way that nostalgia is about a backward glance, hope pulls us forward. The power of hope is about change, something better that is in front of us. This movement forward is essential to our well being. If we stop, we stagnate.

A Conversation About Hope

As I sit down to write about hope, I feel a little bit overwhelmed. Hope is one of those intangibles. It's something we can't live without but at the same time we can't quite put our finger on. It's not really a feeling, but it's not entirely a decision or act of will either. It exists somewhere in the middle. Somewhere in the human fiber that is both essential but yet undefinable.

Time Off

I'm enjoying some time off this week. Spending a lot of time working
on my garden (carrots, lettuce, tomatoes, herbs....). Sometimes the
yard becomes a jungle when I'm away for 10 days. We used to have a
neighbor kid come by and mow but I haven't seen him in a while. It's
nice to be home because of missed out on a lot events being gone so
often but this weekend my cousin graduates from high school so I'll
get to go to his graduation party. Also my friend Scott from VOTA is
getting married so we'll get to go to his wedding too. I bought
